Hello, I’m William Taft the owner and founder of Fitness Brand. I’m a Kansas City, Missouri native with over 20 years of fitness and nutrition experience.
My love for fitness started as a child when my father would pick up Muscle and Fitness and Flex magazines and read stories about Lee Haney and Dorian Yates.
As I got older and into my teenage years I read my father’s original copy of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s book “The Education of a Bodybuilder”.
I learned Arnold’s training routines and healthy meal planning, specifically how to gain lean muscle mass.
As an adult, I started working at GNC and it was there I learned the nuances of supplementation and natural herbal remedies.
Knowing every ingredient and every facet of each product helped me educate the local Kansas City NFL and MLB players who would frequent the stores.
I started Fitness Brand to bring my years of fitness and supplementation knowledge to use.
The goal is to provide healthy, affordable, and all-natural supplements as an alternative to the higher-priced and low-quality products readily available on the market.
Fitness Brand is an inclusive community, we partner with industry leaders, health and nutritional professionals, as well as local athletes.
Every member of the team is dedicated to advocating for health and wellness.
Additionally, Fitness Brand is committed to providing accurate and reliable information.
We consult the latest research and most reputable sources to ensure that our fitness and nutritional content is evidence-based and up-to-date.
Whether discussing the latest nutrition trends or debunking common exercise myths, Fitness Brand delivers trustworthy content that readers can rely on.
Fitness Brand case studies have been mentioned in popular websites like MSN, FOX, News Break, and Mass Live.
Drawing from my personal experience and extensive education in fitness and nutrition, including a Masters in Business Management and certifications from ASFA and NASM, I strive to create original, helpful content that addresses the unique challenges faced by people looking to improve their health and well-being.
