Shipping & Delivery: Orders arrive in 5-9 business days. We process promptly, but high-demand may cause delays.

    Our fulfillment process involves importing orders from our online store, packaging them, and having them ready for carrier pickup within 2 business days of receiving the order. In the event that your order is placed on a Monday, it will be prepared for pickup by Wednesday. Alternatively, if your order is placed on a Friday, you can expect it to be ready for pickup by the ensuing Tuesday of the following week.

    Under exceptional circumstances such as unexpected order surges, staff shortages, technical issues, or connection problems with our online store, this 2 business day fulfillment time may be extended with or without notice. We will do our best to communicate any fulfillment delays promptly.

    Returns

    Although we do not provide refunds for returns at the moment, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days from the initial purchase date, given that the product meets the following conditions:

    • The product is in unused condition and is still within its original packaging.
    • The product is undamaged and unaltered.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) is included.

    Please note that after 30 days, we cannot process exchanges.

    Exchanges

    For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following requirements:

    • It must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
    • The product must be free from damage or alterations.
    • Proof of purchase must be included.

    Please be aware that certain products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, including:

    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Made-to-order or customized items.
