Shipping Policy

At Fitness Brand we are committed to fulfilling and shipping your orders promptly.

Fulfillment Process

Our fulfillment process involves importing orders from our online store, packaging them, and having them ready for carrier pickup within 2 business days of receiving the order. In the event that your order is placed on a Monday, it will be prepared for pickup by Wednesday. Alternatively, if your order is placed on a Friday, you can expect it to be ready for pickup by the ensuing Tuesday of the following week.

Under exceptional circumstances such as unexpected order surges, staff shortages, technical issues, or connection problems with our online store, this 2 business day fulfillment time may be extended with or without notice. We will do our best to communicate any fulfillment delays promptly.

Transit Times

Once your order is ready for pickup, we hand it over to our shipping partners for delivery to you. We rely on our carriers and their estimated transit times:

  • UPS (within the US): 3-5 business days

The estimated transit times are based on the carriers’ guidance and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may be shorter or longer depending on factors like weather, staffing shortages, holiday order volumes, etc. We’ll provide shipping confirmation with carrier tracking information once your order has been handed off so you can follow the delivery status.

Lead Times (Fulfillment +Transit)

  • UPS Domestic (US): 5-7 business days approx.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Fitness Brand, we want your shopping experience to be nothing short of delightful. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our comprehensive returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns

Although we do not provide refunds for returns at the moment, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days from the initial purchase date, given that the product meets the following conditions:

– The product is in unused condition and is still within its original packaging.

– The product is undamaged and unaltered.

– Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) is included.

Please note that after 30 days, we cannot process exchanges.

Exchanges

For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following requirements:

– It must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

– The product must be free from damage or alterations.

– Proof of purchase must be included.

Please be aware that certain products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, including:

– Sale or clearance items.

– Perishable goods.

– Made-to-order or customized items.

Initiating an Exchange

To start the exchange process, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team at support@fitnessbrand.net, providing your order details. Once we receive this information, we will furnish you with return shipping instructions. Once the original item is received, we will promptly send you the replacement.

Shipping Responsibility

As the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping method and considering insurance to safeguard the package against loss or damage in transit. For return shipping instructions, please contact our team.

Ensuring Safe Returns

We would appreciate it if you could ensure careful packaging for all returned items to prevent any damage. Should an item be received in a condition of damage or exhibit usage beyond what is necessary for inspection, please understand that we retain the right to refuse the exchange.
